Hi, all of my followers. We are sorry for not posting new updates for a long time!
 we were busy studying for our exams. I want all my followers to keep commenting and ask questions about us, our life, and other stuff you would like to know about Haiti.

 In the past few days we have learned about peace in the youth club, we have also learned about the Nobel peace prize and the peace fighters.



- Many people think when we talk about peace we must always reference to the war that's not true at all. Here is one of the peace definitions:

Peace is a state of harmony characterized by the lack of violent conflict. commonly understood as the absence of hospitality, also suggest the existence of healthy or newly healed interpersonal or international relation ships,prosperity in matters of social or economic welfare, the establishment of equality and a working political order that serves the true interest of all.

In international relations peace time in not only the absence of war or conflict, but also the presence of cultural and economic understanding.

 This picture has been taken in a football field last tuesday. the youth were giving a performance there. And i think this has been the best show that we have done! And we had fun, everybody were happy!

hello every body ,
                            today i'm going to answer my third question .

i wish for my future, that's when i grow up, i wanna have a great life, a good job with a good salary.
my long term goal is to go back in Haiti as a medical doctor, help my country and i hope to be one of the members in Project haiti.
i would like to have a wonderful life with in honest husband and two kids and to help my mother in any circonstances.
I think my family will be very proud of me  ...
i will also try to do my best to help the who aren't live with they parents because i dont want them to raise sadly like me ...

I wish to become an engineer when i grow up. this has always been my goal since i was a little boy. I wish to be a good man, help rebuild my country and help poor people there. I know life is hard and i have to do a lot of sacrifices. Even if i get many dificulties in life i will never give up!

We are so happy because we've been accepted to the school. We are excited to get there! we hope that learning there will help us fulfill our dreams and give us the ability to help others around us! We promise to do our best to not disappoint those who believes in us. Thanks to God and all of the Senja videregaende skole's members and Project Haiti for this opportunity.

all that i can say about my growing up in Haiti is : < i didn't have the opportunity to live with my real mother but i was living with my step mother. this experience was very bad , i had to be the last person who goto bed and the first person who also get up to be the house keeper, i was not allowed to play with my brothers or another one , i was banned from watching TV and i was never happy....>

Been growing up in Haiti has been difficult for me because i grew up in a poor country.
In a country that discrimination,stigmatization and many other problems reign a lot.Education is the only chance that you have to get a good life. So i keep the hard work,study everyday to become someone useful in my country.

Going to Norway (Finnsnes) to study means a lot to me, because there is not so many children in my country who gets an opportunity to being educated in a country like Norway, to get someone to take care of them, so i think God a lot and i'm taking advantage of this chance

i think if i get to finnsnes and study will be the first step towards realizing my dream to become a doctor,this is a great opportunity to go to another country like noway
i'll work hard to adapt to the norvegian school system and way of living and it's will be better than the university in Haiti.

Hello, I am Jaina. I am 16 years old. I was born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. I live with my mother and two younger brothers. I am a member of youth club Etape Jeunesse in Project Haiti.I want to go to Norway and study because I think it give me better education than the high schools in Haiti. I really look forward to get to know other students and teachers in Finnsnes, and also my new Norwegian family! It will be an wonderful adventure for me, and I really appreciate the opportunity. When I come back to Haiti, I want to be a doctor and help other people in Haiti. I also want to work with Project Haiti.

Hi, my name is Jimmy. I am 16 years old, and I come from Port-au-Prince in Haiti. My mother is dead, and I have 4 brothers and 5 sisters. My family is poor, so they can't take care of me. So now I am living at Petit Troll, which is Project Haiti's school. I am truly a part of the Project Haiti family. I have applied to go to Norway to study because education is very important.
